Specialized: Patience is the entrepreneur's weapon to overcoming challenges
The Asharqia Chamber of Entrepreneurship Incubator recently hosted Sherine Abdel-Rahman, a specialist in project development, as part of the incubator’s programs aimed at supporting both male and female entrepreneurs. During the meeting, a detailed dialogue was held on ways to develop business.
Al-Abdul-Rahman reviewed her experience in the labor market, where she talked about the beginnings of her project and the challenges she faced, and how she was able to overcome them, adhering to patience and taking advice from those who preceded her in the field.
She also provided some advice in several areas, most notably the financial and marketing aspects, in addition to employment, noting the importance of the recruitment process going through stages that examine applicants and focus a lot on their skills to ensure their effectiveness in continuing and developing the business.
This comes within the framework of the incubator’s efforts to host the owners of successful experiences to review them and present them to its members in the incubator, to benefit from them.
The incubator provides multiple activities for the entrepreneurs who join it in the incubator, including awareness and guidance programs, including workshops and educational and awareness meetings, during which specialized consultations are provided in all economic sectors to help obtain financial financing for projects by facilitating access to sources of support and other programs that help Entrepreneurs to launch or develop their projects.
